Warm and Spicy

The wind is howling outside and I can hear the waves crashing on the shore just down the road. But the kitchen has been busy today and the warm smell of bread pudding is accompanied by the spices used in today’s small batch of Apricot Exoticas. The organic unsulphured apricots giving this jam is dark rich colour.
